We understands that time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order promptly. We don't currently ship internationally, we only ship to 48 connecting U.S. states.

We do not offer any guaranteed delivery dates.
Under normal circumstances, usually customer can expect to receive item(s) within

  • Standard: 2~3 business days in most cases
  • Expedited: 1~2 business days in most cases(GA, AL only)

* While we strive for on-time delivery, please note that actual delivery dates are subject to the carrier's operations and may vary due to external factors.
* Please keep in mind that the 'Expected Delivery Date' provided by the carrier is an estimate and not a fixed guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary depending on local conditions.
* During peak holiday seasons, delivery may take longer than usual due to high package volumes and potential weather disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these times.
* To ensure a stress-free experience, we kindly suggest waiting until your package has arrived and been inspected before scheduling any appointments with your hair stylist.

 

Ship Out Schedule

All orders placed before 2 pm EST Mon~Fri will ship the same business day.
All orders placed after 2:01pm EST will ship the next business day. 

 

Free shipping

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $9.99. Some items may have additional charges. 

 

Mail Theft

To ensure your order arrives safely, please make arrangements to receive your package on the scheduled delivery date. While we cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as 'Delivered' by the carrier, we want to help you avoid potential mail theft. If you do not have a secure delivery location, please consider the following options:

  • Have your deliveries sent to your work(or leasing office etc).
  • Select 'Signature' as the shipping method.
  • Rent a P.O. BOX to make sure your package stays secure at the post office.

 

Note:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date. We are unable to take responsibility for missing items once they are confirmed as 'Delivered' by the courier.
  • At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international locations.
  • Shipping may be delayed due to holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. Please note that holidays are not considered business days when calculating estimated delivery times.
  • We are happy to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
