Free Returns & Prepaid Shipping Labels
We offer free returns for all eligible items within 45 days of receipt. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided only if the item is returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Please Note:
- Non-Original Condition: If the returned product is not in its original condition (e.g., tags removed, signs of wear, or damaged packaging), you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: Items that are not in their original condition or have been tampered with may also be subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start Your Return:
- Visit our Login Page and enter the email address used for your order.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email to log in.
- Select the order you wish to return and click the 'Request return' button.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and/or a QR code via email.
- Option 1 (Printable Label): Print the label and attach it to your package.

Option 2 (Label-less QR Code): If you don't have a printer, take your package and the QR code to the designated carrier location. Show the QR code on your phone, and they will handle the rest.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The exchange/replacement is not available. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Undeliverable Address / Unclaimed
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address or unclaimed will be restocked and you will be issued a refund minus the initial shipping charge. We are not able to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
