We understands that time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order promptly. We don't currently ship internationally, we only ship to 48 connecting U.S. states.

Shipping

We do not offer any guaranteed delivery dates.
Under normal circumstances, usually customer can expect to receive item(s) within

  • USPS First Class Mail: 3~6 business days in most cases
  • Standard: 2~3 business days in most cases
  • Expedited: 1~2 business days in most cases(GA, AL only)

** We do not guarantee the delivery date of item(s) as this can only be controlled by shipping company.
** Expected Delivery Date on tracking is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery date may differ.
** Delivery during holiday season may also be delayed with heavy traffic of packages and unpredictable weather.
** We do not recommend scheduling an appointment with a hair stylist before receive a package.

SHIP OUT SCHEDULE

All orders placed before 1 pm EST Mon~Fri will ship the same business day.
All orders placed after 1:01pm EST will ship the next business day.

Free shipping

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $69.99. Some items may have additional charges. 

Mail Theft

It is the customer's responsibility to receive the package(s) on the date of delivery. We are not responsible for the loss of the package that was confirmed as "delivered" by courier. If you don't have a secure place to receive packages, we recommend to do one of the followings to avoid being a victim of mail theft.

  • Have your deliveries sent to your work(or leasing office etc).
  • Select 'Priority Mail + Signature' as the shipping method.
  • Rent a P.O. BOX to make sure your package stays secure at the post office.
